Many people have to deal with PDF format every day. Business professionals, knowledge workers and even students, they need to convert PDF to editable and searchable format for some reasons. Knowing how to convert PDF to word format is useful in our daily work. Adobe PDF format, Microsoft Wordl are the most usual office formats. People routinely need to create PDF and PDF/A from Microsoft word for archiving, distribution or some other purpose in daily work. In contrast, they need to convert PDF files back into editable and searchable formats.

There are several methods of converting the PDF document format to Word document and then back to PDF documents. You can open the Portable Document Format directly in Word document. This can be done by installing Acrobat Reader on the system. A person may also find PDF files without restrictions. You can easily copy and paste the information in the Word document from these PDF files for using the content somewhere else. However, when you want to update the information in the PDF files you cannot edit it as the file becomes non-editable in the content. In such cases, the converter tools may prove to be helpful. You can convert the PDF document into Word documents and update the data. During the process of conversion the original formatting remains intact.

An efficient way to convert PDF to Word document will help a lot. If you have more than the occasional need to convert PDF to Word files, downloading and installing Advanced PDF Converter is a fast and simple approach.

The whole conversion process is very easy; you don’t even need to learn how to use it.

Who has the time to read anymore? You do, if you make the time. It’s easier than you might think, with these tools and tips that find, recommend and format good reading anywhere you want to dive into it.

10. Make your reading bookmarks stand out
If read-later services aren’t your thing, your browser’s bookmark bar can be a convenient place to stash articles and posts you plan to getting around to. You can do what Lifehacker reader leftymcrighty does, though, for better placement: reduce your permanent bookmarks (email, search sites, banking, etc.) down to icons by removing the names, and let your other bookmarks, with titles, serve as a reading list. Simple, no software required, and bound to get you reading more, lest your bookmark bar clutter up too much.

9. Read while working out
If the weather or convenience put you on an exercise bike, elliptical, or other machine where you’ve got little to do but stare ahead, it’s not that hard to get more self-improvement done by reading at the same time. This Instructables post on a handlebar-mounted book holder shows that nearly any model can be fitted with a cheap, easy-to-affix book stand. (Original post)

8. Speed up your reading
You should savour clever fiction. Your average memo, however, can and should be hacked through at a faster pace. Speed reading guide Kris Madden explains in the video above how voicing out “A-E-I-O-U” or “one, two, three, four” as you read actually cancels out your subconscious tendency to read with your larynx, just below the audible level. This not only moves you quickly through the text, but provides a more visual, memorable read. There are plenty of apps on the web, too, that can help you speed through a particular text and learn to do it on any text: Spreeder, WordFlashReader, and ZAP Reader are just a few. (Original post)

7. Read Better on iPhones with Stanza
The Kindle’s great, we’re sure the Nook is a proper reader, and, sure, Sony’s device is good at what it does. But when it comes to beautiful presentation of digital reading on a small screen, Stanza’s got it all over those clients, at least on the iPhone or iPod touch. It has its own book store, offering copies of popular contemporary works, along with quite a few sources to grab free historical works, like Shakespeare’s complete works, Edgar Allan Poe, and whatever else you’re looking to get educated on.

6. Find your next read
Not all of us have a local book shop staffed by the most knowledgeable and well-read workers on Earth. For recommendations on what you’d like, based on what you’ve just finished, we can turn to many spots on the net. What Should I Read Next? is a straight-up recommendation service, fed by the reading list you provide. WhichBook is a bit more subjective, asking you to move sliders to indicate how much of any element (monsters, dystopia, romance—oh my!) you want in your reading. For the social take on what your friends have read, are reading, and recommend, try BookArmy or the veritable GoodReads. (Original posts: WhichBook, BookArmy).

5. Convert any file to an PDF eBook
If you’ve got a scaned file, or an Powerpoint（.ppt）you ripped yourself, you’d probably want your ebook reader to save your place as you make your way through the narrative. Starting with Tweak PDF converter, it’seasy to convert files to PDF format, complete with high speed and accurate.Tweak All To PDF 3.0 converts any printable files to PDF. Word, Excel, PPT, HTML, images, Notepad files, etc. It helps you to easily get a PDF document from these files to enjoy the PDF advantages. The converter is reliable and the conversion is safe with no data lost, formatting distortion, etc. The program automatically creates a short-cut button in the menu, handier for the conversion.

4. Find instructional and how-to PDFs
Some how-to projects and tasks only require a single web page of instructions. Other times, you’d really like a deeper read. Search PDF is a custom Google search that brings back only PDF files, opens them in Scribd’s no-software-required viewer, and hones the search in on tutorials, instructions, and manuals. For alternative PDF finders, there’s the ebook search at PDF Search Engine and simply using filetype:pdf in a Google search. (Original post)

3. Collect articles with Instapaper & Read It Later
Which mark-for-later, read-anytime app reigns supreme? Depends on how you like to use them.Read It Later tightly integrates with Firefox through its extension, which also hosts your want-to-read articles offline, but also offers bookmarklets for every browser, including the iPhone. Instapaperseems to have the more focused iPhone app, but offers the same multi-browser bookmarklets. Come to think of it, they’re both pretty great in their own way at making lengthy web reading accessible anywhere.

2. Get new books for old ones
Unless you only read leather-bound first editions, there are probably a few books laying around your shelves that could find a better life in a book swap. The internet abounds with places to do it: Zunafish, currently offline but offering $US1-per-book trades,PaperBackSwap, and the free BookMooch are just a few. If getting a new book isn’t necessary, you could simply tag your book with a BookCrossing tagand watch it travel the world. (Original posts: BookMooch, BookCrossing)

1. Make web text more eye-friendly
Instapaper and Read It Later, mentioned above, do a decent job of converting news articles and blog posts to a stripped-down, text-forward format. With customizable browser bookmarklets, though, you get your reading exactly how you want it.Readability is an early and popular entrant in the category, while Clippable and Readable App aim for even more minimalism and customisation. If you’re an RSS fan, Readefine Desktop, an Adobe Air app and web project, can lay out your daily feed reading in newspaper-style columns with minimal interruption. (Original posts: Readability, Readability 2/Clippable, Readable App, Readefine)

If you want to remove the annoying Nav-Bar on your Blogspot Blogger, follow this simple Step given Below…

Blogger navbar allows users to easily navigate to other random blogs and it also has a feauture to search the blogs ,and mark any blog as Spam or Flag it.
So,now you have a clear idea of what really a blogger navbar is.So, why so many people prefer to just remove the navbar inspite of the feautures it has like search,etc.Many people think that, it spoils the look of the blog,especially if your blog has differnet subtitle layout which looks too obvious to see for a visitor.Well, let me come to the actual point on how to disable or hide your blogger navbar.

Below is the step-by-step procedure on how to do it with photos to make it easy to understand.

1.Sign in to your blogger account and click the layout button next to your blog name

2.Next,click the edit html tab as shown in the below picture.

3.Add the below html code as specified in the below picture.

#navbar {
height: 0px;
visibility: hidden;
display: none;
}

4. Save the changes.

Now, you can see your blog without that navbar(this tip can only hides the navbar,it doesn’t completely delete it).If you want the navbar to appear again,just remove that code and save the changes.
If you have any doubts,regarding this post,don’t hesitate to ask.You can ask your doubts via comments to this post.
Q. Why I need this?
Ans: When multiple programs are running, there may be few dear programs. Like some anti-virus scanning is running along with some movie, you will get smooth decoding of movie by increasing its process priority and/or decreasing process priority of antivirus.

Note: If only a single program is running then it may not get benefit from changing priority!

TeaShark, a mobile browser like Opera Mini, let you access Airtel GPRS for FREE. Shockingly it has nothing to do with modifying any Airtel setting so I am clueless about how its working! I tested it personally throughout the week but I haven’t been charged a single paisa. Here is how I used this….

Download TeaShark browser. Its free and being JAR file it can be installed on most handsets.

Open it from your mobile and select AirTel Live as access point.

Thats it! Open any site from TeaShark and you won’t be charged anything.

Note for the first time, when TeaShark starts, it may take more than one minute to initialize. Also this one time initialization may fail many times. But don’t loose your heart!

Here are some mobile sites…

Gmail: m.gmail.com

Orkut: m.orkut.com

Facebook: m.facebook.com

Twitter: m.twitter.com

This is much different that earlier trick. As of now, this trick is limited to handsets only. The earlier one used to work even from PC.

The whole thing seems a fortunate coincidence for mobile users and unfortunate one for network operators. This trick cannot be termed illegal as you are not cracking any software or modifying any configuration. For the same reason, I think this will take longer to get rectified.

Please keep in mind that AirTel or any mobile operator can calculate all unbilled/free usage anytime in future thus may charge you all of a sudden. So please use it at your own risk!

Alternate Liink: Download TeaShark (Stable Version)

Also check out SMS commands page for SMS orkutting. I think SMS command will work only in Brazil.

As of now this new feature is available in India and Brazil only. Moreover in India, only Aircel, BPL, MTNL, Reliance, Spice and Tata networks are supported. This is really bad news for me as I use Airtel & BSNL.

Do not forget to check price details for your carrier as this service may cost you some bucks.

I hope this will get better soon.

You need:
(1) A vodafone connection in India

Steps:
(1) Delete all the internet profiles (if any) from your mobile phone.
(2) Delete all the data accounts (if any) from your mobile phone.
(3) Send the message WWW to 52586
(4) Save the settings that you receive.
(5) Connect your PC/Laptop to the mobile phone using the Bluetooth software.
(6) In the software (given in the CD which came with the mobile), select the option resembling “Connect to Internet”.
